I’m Stacia

Founder

Welcome! I’m Stacia, a personal trainer in Austin, Texas. I’m dedicated to helping women tap into their potential through strength training. As transplant from the west coast being active has always been a pillar of my life. I personally identify as a “gymrat” and I’ve been lifting weights for 13 yrs.

I’ve been training clients for 5 yrs and I’m certified with NASM, PPSC, Functional Range Systems, and Nutrition Coaching Institute. I believe achieving your fitness goals should be a fun and empowering experience that creates more balance in your life. Supporting my clients is a joy and privilege for me.

    This is where I started my training career and I
    worked with a wide range of clients from the
    ages of 25-75 that wanted to improve their
    flexibility, strength and mobility. After a career
    in tech recruiting for 7yrs I decided it was time
    to jump into my true passion.
